Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Wildtoad Toffee! Due to the high demand during this busy season, please be aware that all orders may be packaged and shipped during the third week of December, specifically the week ending December19th.

ORDERS PLACED AFTER 12/15/25 FOR CHRISTMAS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 15% "RUSH FEE" which will be billed separately. 

In the future, may I suggest placing your order beginning in early November, so you'll get in the queue, and avoid this fee - (plus make my life a LOT easier!).  Just let us know when you'd like it shipped.

Please understand that perfection takes time, and we truly appreciate your patience. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to delighting your taste buds with our artisanal toffee!

Since we do EVERYTHING by hand (stirring in 3-pound batches, all packaging, (even  making the bows ourselves), turn-around time WILL be longer.  I can guarantee it.  PLEASE don't wait til the last minute and be disappointed with either a "sorry, we're sold out" or a "rush-fee".  I've GOTTA get at least a little bit of sleep.

Local pick-up in SW Fort Worth is also available by appointment.  Just be sure and give me a couple of days after ordering, as I don't keep a lot of stock here except over the holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:  When over 60* we DO NOT guarantee any shipments longer than 2 days after leaving us, or any delay due to the shipper. We ship frozen with ice packs to help safe arrival.  During checkout, you will see shipping carriers, rates, and times on the shipping page. If you want to save money and go with 3 days, it's on you.

Be sure and double-check your addresses, as Shopify automatically transfers entered addresses onto shipping labels.  If you realize you entered something incorrectly, please contact us immediately at 817.223.4911 as we can change it on our end if it is still in-house.
